Our ambition is to deliver the most effective strength training available. Therefore, we have developed a training system based on research and scientific theories about physical exercise, tailored to the needs of each individual.
All training is done with your trainer. In order to avoid disturbance and achieve full concentration, you are alone in the training room. We work with a mix of free weights and gymnastics based on scientific methods to optimize strength development. With us, one hour a week is enough to improve health and improve the quality of life.
